- severe skin reaction--fever, sore throat, swelling in your face or tongue, burning in your eyes, skin pain, followed by a red or purple skin rash that spreads (especially in the face or upper body) and causes blistering and peeling.
Common side effects may include:
- nausea, vomiting, upset stomach, diarrhea;
- headache, tired feeling;
- sleep problems (insomnia); or
- itching, rash.

Grisactin 500 will not treat a bacterial or Grisactin 500 infection, or a viral infection such as the flu or a common cold.

Who should not take Grisactin 500?
You should not use Grisactin 500 if you are allergic to it, or if you have:
